• The Egg Player allows fans to watch films offline and online while the film Content in the Egg Player is secured.

EggUp is non-exclusive. You keep all your rights. You can use EggUp to complement your current distribution - and you can look for other distribution in addition to EggUp. We recommend getting your film into as many distribution channels as possible.

Once you’ve set up your PayPal Business Account, your revenues generated from renting out or downloading your films go straight to your PayPal account. Each transaction will appear in your PayPal account within minutes. Sometimes certain credit cards (or foreign transactions) may require a few days to clear.

Paypal Fees:
Just like with other services, there’s a small cost for processing the transaction (this is the credit-card processing fee or PayPal fee). This cost varies by transaction, but it is generally 5% plus $0.05 per purchase (National).

All other fees that Pay Pal imposes on us will be deducted from your total price.

Technology Liscensing Fee:
We only make money when you do. When you sell .EGG’S, EggUp’s share of revenue is 30% per transaction. However if there is any international currency exchange, then there will be an additional charge from Pay Pal resulting a lower net profit.

If you want to give EggUp a try and see if it’s right for you or your business, you may sign up for the Free Plan which allows 8 gigs of hosting and a 30 day trail. When you sign up, you will have full access to EggUp. You may explore all of the features and also publish your .EGG’s. The free trial account only needs your email address and no credit card is required to signup.

When you decide to upgrade your storage space to a paid plan, your .EGG storage size will increase and billing begins. Any .EGG’s uploaded under the free account will remain active and available for rent or purchase and will be included in that account’s file limit. You may always deactivate or upgrade/downgrade your account settings. If you deactivate your free plan at any time, your account will be deleted immediately.

Consumer piracy is the biggest worldwide threat to the film industry. It has flipped the traditional distribution channels upside down which lead to $18.9 billion dollars of lost revenue.
