2How long does it take a customer to download an .EGG?
The download time depends on the speed of your Internet connection and size of your film.
The estimated times below is based on network congestion and high speed internet connections like DSL, Cable, LAN, WiFi, etc.).
3GB - 4GB Egg = 1.5hr - 2hr
2GB - 3GB Egg = 1hr - 1.5hr
1GB - 2GB Egg = 30min - 1hr
500MB - 1GB Egg = 10min - 30min

3Can I Edit or Update the film content?
Yes, you are able to Edit and Update the film content
Updating is only available when the film and content is uploaded to the server and made available for distribution. For security, everything is updatable except for the full length film.
Editing is only available when you save your profile and did not upload your film and content to the server. Any information including the full length film can be edited. Once your film and content is uploaded to the server, everything except for the full length video can be edited.

4Why should I Pause or Delete my Film off of people’s computers or devices
In the case where there are any copyright or distribution disputes that you were unaware of. You can Pause or Delete your Film off of peoples computers or devices whenever you want for any reason.
If your fans has already purchased a rental or download, or activated the free view and has not expired while a film has been paused or deleted, the film will not be affected until the Film has expired.
When you pause your film
• Your film will be paused temporary from viewing from customer’s computer and devices.
• Your film will be temporarily turned off from FlixScene.com and will not be available for downloading, purchasing, and viral distribution until resumed.
When you Delete a film
• Your film will automatically be permanently deleted off of the customer computer and devices once the customer opens the .EGG.
• Your .EGG will permanently be removed from FlixScene.com and will not be available for downloading, purchasing and viral distribution.

5What devices does the .EGG work on?
The .EGG is currently compatible with the MAC, PC, Ipad, and IPhone.
6What are the different pricing options that I can customize and how does it work?
There are 3 types of pricing options available for customization. The available
options are "Rental & Purchase" or "Free".
Note: You are not able to have the "Rental & Purchase" options combined with
the "Free" option.

7Do you support HD?
Yes, we do support HD commonly known as H.264 (highly recommend) give your fans the best quality and expierience while watching your film.
8What’s the difference with streaming and download?
Note: (For Downloads)
• Adding Extras - You are able to add up to 100mb total files size in the .EGG.
Give your .EGG an extra marketing boost by adding MP3 Soundtracks, CD Jackets,
Wall papers, Posters, Behind the Scenes Clips, Ebooks, and more!
Accepted file formats: .DOC, .MP3, .MP4, .PDF, .MOV, .PPT, .XLS and .JPG
• Pass around the download file - Friends, family and colleagues can share .EGG’s
between them by copying the .EGG’s to portable storage devices like CD/DVD-ROM,
a portable hard drive, a thumb drive, or using skype and giving them to each other.
Pirating is not an issue with the .EGG as individual viewers must purchase the .EGG
or rent viewing time in order to watch it. By people sharing the .EGG in this manner
distribution of the .EGG can become viral.
9My files can’t upload?
There is a good chance that you may have exceed your allowable storage space. Go to eggup.com and go to the Account >> UPGRADE & BILLING section. In this section you will see how many .EGG’s and the gigs that were used and the total storage size.

10How does uploading work?
Once we receive your uncompressed master, DVD or Blu-Ray disc of your film & trailer:
1. We will encode and upload your film & trailer. (Allow 5-7 business days for this process)
2. You will be notified by email when your film and trailer is uploaded.
Important!: Please Create an Egg in Fried Rice for each Film after mailing your material.11How do I track my revenue for film sold?
This function will be on your Account >>REVENUE STATS section in eggup.com. There you will be able to see all that you need for all your films. You will be able to see a daily, weekly and monthly report for each film.
