1How do I Upgrade or Downgrade my plan?

You must be the owner of the Account to make an Upgrade or Downgrade. When signed in, just click on the Account tab first and then click on the Upgrade and Billing tab on the Dashboard and you’ll see the upgrade and downgrade options.

To upgrade or downgrade your plan, select a new plan. If you proceed, you will be charged and billed for the new plan immediately. Your next billing date will be on the date the new plan was purchased. No refund will be issued for your previous monthly plan. Invoices for your new plan will be displayed in 24 hours. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam box or junk mail.

Note: When downgrading, our server will verify if your .EGG’s Storage does not exceed the Downgraded Storage Limit. If your .EGG Storage exceeds the Storage Limit, you will need to free up your storage space by deleting a few .EGG’s until you fall short of the Downgraded Storage Space. Once you have enough storage space, click on the downgrade button once again to proceed.

2How do I change my password?

1. First login with your username and password.
2. Click on the “Account” link next to the logout button.
3. Click on “Settings”
4. Scroll down the header called “CHANGE PASSWORD”
5. Enter your old password and then enter your new password.
6. Reenter your new password to confirm password.
7. Select the icon “update”
8. Log out
9. Log in with your username and new password.

3I forgot my password, what do I do?

If you can't remember your password, just go to the login screen and click I forgot my password. Your password will be sent to your email address you use for EggUp.com.

4How do I cancel my Account and what will happen to my Eggs?

Once your account is deactivated, consumers will no longer be able to purchase your EGG’s. Further, all charges will cease from the date of the official deactivation.

In order to deactivate your account, you must:

1) Send us a written notice of deactivation signed by the designated Contact Person. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to require that such signature be notarized or to request any additional information as may be required.

2) The written notice of deactivation must be addressed to:

3) Receive a confirmation e-mail noting the acceptance of the notice of deactivation and stating the effective date of such deactivation. This process will normally take between 7-10 business days.

Upon deactivation, your account will be permanently disabled and all uploaded content associated with that account will be deleted. This process is permanent and irreversible

5What’s EggUp’s refund policy

Hosting plans refunds
EggUP is a month-to-month, pay-as-you-go service so we do not provide refunds. We also do not provide refunds for the remaining days left in the month if you cancel your EggUp account. There are also no refunds if you wish to terminate service.

Rental or purchase refunds
Purchasing rentals or downloads of any .EGG is NON REFUNDABLE, after the purchase has been completed. Before any purchase, the customer will be prompted with an Acceptable Use Policy which indicates in BOLD print that there is no refund of purchase of rental or downloads.

In the event, the producer wishes to refund the customer, our technology fee is NON REFUNDABLE towards the producer.

However it is 100% up to you to decide either to give a refund or not. Keep in mind that the 30% technology use is non-refundable. This means that you will need to come up with the 30% difference.

6How does the Free Account Work?

If you want to give EggUp a try and see if it’s right for you or your business, you may sign up for the Free Plan which allows 8 gigs of hosting and a 30 day trail. When you sign up, you will have full access to EggUp. You may explore all of the features and also publish your .EGG’s. The free trial account only needs your email address and no credit card is required to signup.

When you decide to upgrade your storage space to a paid plan, your .EGG storage size will increase and billing begins. Any .EGG’s uploaded under the free account will remain active and available for rent or purchase and will be included in that account’s file limit. You may always deactivate or upgrade/downgrade your account settings. If you deactivate your free plan at any time, your account will be deleted immediately.

7Why do I need to submit both credit card information and PayPal merchant account information?

Hosting Services
You will need your credit card to pay for our monthly hosting services.

Commission
You will need a "PayPal Merchant" Account in order to receive revenue from the sale of the Eggs. Please sign up for a business merchant Paypal account if you currently don't have one.

8Where can I find our invoices or get a copy of an invoice?

The EggUP account owner can log in to their EggUP account, click the Upgrade & Billing. All the invoices ever posted to the account will be listed there as links.

9Will I be able to see my revenue per Egg?

Yes, you will be able to see a daily, weekly and even monthly report on how each Egg is doing. This function will be on your Account >>REVENUE STATS section in eggup.com. There you will be able to see all that you need for all your eggs.
